Ned Meiners, Paralegal

Ned Meiners has been at the Law Offices of Douglas Horngrad and Sam O’Keefe since March 2022. Prior to working at the firm, he interned with the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office in their Pretrial Release Unit and with the California COVID In-Custody Project.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and his paralegal certification from City College of San Francisco.

Jeremiah Jewell, Law Clerk

Jeremiah joined the Law Offices of Douglas Horngrad and Sam O’Keefe in March, 2025. He graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Linguistics.

Linda McDonald, Bookkeeper

Linda is an experienced bookkeeper and has worked for Mr. Horngrad since 2025.
